What is the PTA?
The PTA is the nation’s oldest, largest and highest profile volunteer organization working on behalf of public schools, children and families. PTA volunteers work in their schools and communities to improve the education, health and welfare of all children and youth.
Our Goals
  • To promote parent, teacher and public support of the academic goals that the school has established.
  • To offset the cost of instructional materials, supplies, equipment, academic awards and to fund special programs, as needed.
  • To bring the families of Carroll Elementary together as a community.
Benifits of Joining the PTA
  • Get Connected - no better way to know what’s happening at your child’s school.
  • Tap Into A Network - great way to meet others, build rapport and discuss issues. Get to know the parents and teachers of your child, their friends and classmates.
  • Watch Yourself Grow - with PTA you can put your skills and hobbies to good use for a good cause. You can try new things and gain confidence.
  • Speak Up - a way for you to more effectively suggest changes at your child’s school and see to it that those changes happen.
  • Be A Role Model - you will be demonstrating to your child the importance you place on education. You’ll be teaching your child about giving back to the community

Moving forward this site will be the primary distribution center of all PTA information
From this site you will be able to order Spirit Wear, check our calendar, contact us as well as download any flyers, order forms or newsletters.

We as a society are getting busier and busier so we are hoping to have the information that you need when you need it. Late at night or as we are all guilty of, last minute in the morning on the day the form is due.

This site is for everyone and we welcome ALL ideas and communication.
If you have any questions please seek out a board member or use the web contact form.
